Pestalozzi advised Energy Impact Partners (EIP) in connection with investment in Metafuels AG
On 13 December 2023, Metafuels AG, a Switzerland based developer of a groundbreaking technology for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) compatible with existing aircrafts, announced its first institutional funding round, led by prominent climate VC investor Energy Impact Partners (EIP) alongside with Contrarian Ventures. The partnership is expected to boost Metafuels' ongoing development of the SAF technology.
Pestalozzi advised EIP on Swiss law aspects of the financing round, cooperating with Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLC.
