Pestalozzi advises Alpadis Trust (Switzerland) AG on its FINMA authorization as trustee
The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA approved the application of Alpadis Trust (Switzerland) AG as trustee under the Financial Institutions Act (FINIA). Pestalozzi advised the company in all legal, contractual and regulatory aspects regarding the trustee license.
