Current rules, such as in the Federal Banking Act ("BA"), the Federal Collective Investment Schemes Act ("CISA"), the Federal Stock Exchange Act ("SESTA"), the Federal Insurance Supervision Act ("Insurance Supervision Act") on the one hand and the Federal Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority Act ("FINMASA"), the Federal National Bank Act ("NBA") and the Federal Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA") on the other hand will soon be complemented or replaced by the following new laws:
- Federal Financial Services Act (Bundesgesetz über die Finanzdienstleistungen (Finanzdienstleistungsgesetz)) ("FIDLEG");
- Federal Financial Institutions Act (Bundesgesetz über die Finanzinstitute (Finanzinstitutsgesetz)) ("FINIG");
- Federal Financial Market Infrastructure Act (Bundesgesetz über die Finanzmarktinfrastrukturen und das Marktverhalten im Effekten- und Derivatehandel (Finanzmarktinfrastrukturgesetz)) ("FinfraG").
