The Competition & Trade practice group provides our clients with the full range of legal advice related to competition law matters under Swiss and European competition law as well as issues of trade regulation (WTO, customs, registrations).


Since the inception of competition law regulation, we have built up considerable expertise in assisting our clients on complex issues in antitrust matters, competition, and trade. We have long realized that these areas play a critical role in today’s global business/environment. We represent and advise Swiss and foreign clients on a broad range of issues, including merger notifications, leniency applications, litigation (administrative and civil), cartel investigations, price surveillance, restrictive workings, abuse of dominance, compliance programs, selective distribution, wholesale and retail distribution structures, liberalisation, sector specific regulation, free trade agreements, customs, import/export regulation, anti-dumping, state aid, and WTO.
