Objectives
Pestalozzi's employment team advises in all areas of employment law and its related issues. The main focus areas are employment contracts; long-term incentive plans; bonus, share, or option plans; employment issues arising in the course of mergers and acquisitions; domestic and cross-border transfer of employees; restructuring of businesses; termination of employment agreements; downsizing, outsourcing, and closure of production lines; and workforce restructuring and mass redundancies. Pestalozzi also assists Swiss employers in obtaining work and residence permits for foreign employees and their family members.
