Zeina Wakim is a partner and member of Pestalozzi’s Corporate / M&A group in Geneva. She specializes in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and contracts, as well as in national and cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases. Also, she has an expertise in aircraft acquisitions and financing.

Zeina Wakim graduated from the University of Geneva in 1999 and was admitted to the Geneva bar in 2001. In 2003, she qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales after attending the College of Law in London. She also specialized in banking and finance at the London School of Economics, where she earned a Master of Laws with merits. She joined Pestalozzi as an associate in 2004. She practices in French, English, Spanish and
Arabic and has a good command of German.
