Yves Rüedi is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Litigation and Arbitration group in Zurich. His main practice areas are international and domestic litigation and arbitration. Yves Rüedi advises and represents clients in arbitration and court proceedings in all cantons except Glarus.
Yves Rüedi was born in 1976. He graduated from the University of St.Gallen (lic.iur., 2002; Dr.iur., 2009) and was admitted to the bar in 2005. Yves Rüedi joined Pestalozzi in 2002. Since 2006, Yves Rüedi holds the office of President of the High Court of the Canton of Glarus. He also presides over the Administrative Commission of the Courts of the Canton of Glarus. In 2008, he was elected President of the Bar Commission and the Bar Examination Commission of the Canton of Glarus. He practices in German, English and French.
