Roger P. Morf is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Litigation and Arbitration group in Zurich. His practice focuses on complex, international dispute resolution covering all phases of contentious matters, including appeals, recognition and enforcement, as well as on employment law.
Upon completion of his vocational training in the air travel industry, Roger Morf studied law at the Universities of Lausanne and St. Gallen. After graduating (lic. iur. HSG 2000, Walter R. Schluep-Prize 2001), he clerked at the State Court for Social Insurance of the Canton St. Gallen. In 2002, he was admitted to the bar in Switzerland. He received his LL.M. degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2004 and was admitted to the New York bar in 2006 (not practicing). He holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen (Dr. iur. HSG 2011), obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in employment law sponsored by the University of Zurich (in collaboration with the Universities of Basel and St. Gallen and the Swiss Bar Association) and is a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law since 2011.
