Reto M. Jenny is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Litigation and Arbitration group as well as the Competition & Trade group in Zurich. His main practice areas are international and domestic commercial litigation and arbitration, debt collection and bankruptcy law as well as Swiss and European antitrust law with a particular focus on civil and administrative procedures.
Reto M. Jenny, born 1975, studied at the University of Zurich (lic. iur., magna cum laude, 2001) from which he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. iur., summa cum laude, 2005, Issekutz Award, Walter Hug Award) as well as at the New York University (LL.M., Dean’s Graduate Award, 2009). Reto M. Jenny was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2006. From 2001 to 2003, he worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Zurich in the department of private, commercial, and European law. Subsequently, he clerked at the District Court of Zurich. Prior to joining Pestalozzi, Reto M. Jenny worked in a major business law firm as a junior associate.
