Oliver Friedmann is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Litigation and Arbitration group in Zurich.
His practice concentrates on domestic and international commercial dispute resolution. Other areas of work include debt collection and bankruptcy law, cross border judicial assistance as well as white collar crime.
Oliver Friedmann was educated at the Universities of Durham (England) and Fribourg (lic.iur., 2004). In 2008, he was awarded the Bashir Mallal Scholarship for graduate studies at the New York University and the University of Singapore (Dual Degree LL.M. in Law & Global Economy, 2009). Oliver Friedmann gained legal working experience in the compliance departments of a major international bank in Geneva and London. He joined Pestalozzi as a junior associate in 2004 and became an associate after his admission to the Swiss bar in 2007.
