Nadja Kubat Erk is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Litigation and Arbitration group in Zurich. Her main practice areas are international commercial litigation and arbitration as well as company law.

Nadja Kubat Erk, born in 1981, graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 2006 (M.A. HSG in Law) and was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2007. After specializing in corporate and commercial law at the London School of Economics (LL.M. LSE with merit), she joined Pestalozzi as an associate in 2008. In 2010, Nadja Kubat Erk also worked for the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. Nadja Kubat Erk practices in German and English; she also speaks French and has a good command of Italian.
