Nadja Kubat Erk, born 1981, graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 2006 (M.A. HSG in Law) and was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2007. After specializing in corporate and commercial law at the London School of Economics (LL.M. LSE with merit), she joined Pestalozzi as an associate in 2008. Nadja Kubat Erk practices in German and English; she also speaks French and has a good command of Italian.
