Nadine Maier Viñas is a partner and member of Pestalozzi’s IP & TMT as well as Private Clients groups in Geneva. Her main areas of practice focus on intellectual property law, unfair competition, data protection and regulatory issues. She has broad experience in contract law, including licensing, sponsoring, transfer of technology and distribution agreements. She also advises several family offices on various business law matters. Nadine Maier Viñas graduated from the University of St. Gallen in 1998 (lic. iur. HSG) and was admitted to the bar in 2001.

In 1998 and 1999, she worked in Geneva as legal counsel at one of the "Big Four" in the department of banking and finance law. She served her traineeship as a law clerk with the District Court of St. Gallen and as a trainee with a law firm in Geneva. Before joining Pestalozzi in 2001, Nadine Maier Viñas worked at a well established law firm in St. Gallen. In parallel to her career with Pestalozzi, she graduated from the University of St.
Gallen with an Executive Master of European and International Business Law (M.B.L.-HSG) in 2005. She practices in French, German and English.
