Malik Fagone, born 1983, is a junior associate and member of Pestalozzi's Arbitration & Litigation group in Geneva. Having graduated (Licence en Droit/Master of Law) from the University of Lausanne in 2006 he joined Pestalozzi in March 2009, after obtaining a MAS/LL.M in European and International Economic Law (French-English program at the Universities of Lausanne-Geneva-Fribourg-Neuchâtel) in 2007 and working as an assistant in Private Insurance Law at the University of Lausanne.
