Johannes Ph. Stähelin is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Financial Services group in Zurich.

He advises both foreign and domestic clients with focus on banking and capital markets, corporate finance, securities as well as corporate law.

Johannes Stähelin, born 1980, was educated at the University of St. Gallen (lic. iur. HSG, 2005) and was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) by the University of Sydney in 2009. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2006. Before joining Pestalozzi in 2007, Johannes Stähelin clerked at a Swiss district court, practiced in another law firm and worked in the legal service of a Swiss canton. His professional languages are German and English.
