Jean-Baptiste Lhôte is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Corporate/M&A and Financial Services groups in Geneva.

He specializes in corporate and commercial law, M&A, as well as in banking transactions. His fields of expertise also include contract law and bankruptcy law.

Born in 1983, he graduated from the University of Geneva (lic. iur. 2005) and also holds a Master of Advanced Studies (LL.M) in Business Law (2007) from the same University. He was admitted to the bar in 2010.

Prior to joining Pestalozzi, Jean-Baptiste Lhôte worked for a private bank and completed his legal training with another law firm in Geneva.
