Janine Demont is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration and IP&TMT group in Zurich. Her main practice areas are domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration, civil and product liability as well as intellectual property, unfair competition and data protection.

Janine Demont graduated from the University of Fribourg (Bachelor and Master of Law) with additional degree in European Community Law. Subsequently she worked as junior associate with Pestalozzi and as trainee and law clerk at the District Court of Zurich. After her admission to the Swiss bar in 2010 Janine Demont rejoined Pestalozzi as an associate. Her professional languages are German and English. She has also a good command of French and Italian.
