Florian Mohs is an associate in Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration group in Zurich. His practice focuses on international commercial dispute resolution through arbitration and litigation with an affinity for international sales in general and the commodities sector in particular. Florian Mohs is an expert on the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Florian Mohs is a lecturer at the University of Basel where he teaches private law. In 2008/09, he was seconded to an international commodities trader. Florian Mohs was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2008. Before becoming a practitioner, he worked as a research and teaching assistant to Professor Dr. I. Schwenzer, LL.M. at the University of Basel. Florian Mohs is trained in both civil and common law jurisdictions and holds law degrees from Switzerland (Dr. iur., University of Basel, 2005), New Zealand (LL.M., Victoria University of Wellington, 2006), and Germany (First State Exam, Baden-Württemberg, 2002, concluding his legal studies at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg).
