Florian Mohs is an associate in Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration group in Zurich. His practice focuses on international commercial dispute resolution through arbitration and litigation and he advises on international commercial contracts.
Florian Mohs is a lecturer at the University of Basel where he teaches private law in the masters program. In 2008/09, he was seconded to an international commodities trader. Florian Mohs was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2008; he is trained in both civil and common law jurisdictions and holds law degrees from Switzerland (Dr. iur., University of Basel, 2005), New Zealand (LL.M., Victoria University of Wellington, 2006), and Germany (First State Exam, Baden-Württemberg, 2001, concluding his legal studies at the Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg).
