Clara-Ann Gordon is a partner and member of Pestalozzi's IP & TMT group in Zurich. Her areas of expertise are intellectual property, media and telecommunication, new technologies, data protection and privacy, licensing and sponsoring and arbitration/dispute resolution in the said fields.
Clara-Ann Gordon, born 1971, graduated from the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in 1997. Thereafter, she attended the University of London, Queen Mary & Westfield College and graduated in 1998 (LL.M. in intellectual property). Before she joined Pestalozzi, she worked for several years in another Zurich business law firm, predominantly in the fields of intellectual property and telecommunication. Clara-Ann Gordon is a member of various national and international organizations, such as AIJA, AIPPI, ASUT, IBA, INGRES, ITechLaw, and LES. Moreover, she is the Vice-President of the Telecommunication & Energy Commission of AIJA and the Chair of the Intrusive Technologies Subcommittee of the IBA Technology Law Committee. Her native languages are German and English.
