Christian Leuenberger is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Corporate/M&A group in Zurich.

His main practice areas are private and public m&a transactions, capital market regulation as well as general corporate law with a particular focus on corporate governance and white collar criminal law.

Christian Leuenberger is trained in both civil and common law jurisdictions and holds law degrees from Switzerland (lic.iur., University of Fribourg / Dr.iur., University of Basel, summa cum laude), France (Certificat Supérieure de Droit Français, University Panthéon-Assas Paris) and the US (LL.M, Columbia University). During his studies and before joining Pestalozzi in 2005 he gained work experience in different law firms, the legal department of a Swiss bank, the District Court of Horgen and the New York City Civil Court. He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2007. Christian Leuenberger is a member or serves as a board member of various professional, political and cultural associations.
