PESTALOZZI WINS IFLR AWARD IN CONNECTION WITH GLENCORE IPO

The following firms advised on the Glencore IPO and received the IFLR award for the equity deal of the year: Clifford Chance, Linklaters, Mourant Ozannes and Pestalozzi. The Glencore dual listing on the London and Hong Kong stock exchanges of May 2011 became the largest ever IPO on the premium listing segment of the London Stock Exchange.
