USD 600 Million Credit Facility extension granted to Glencore

In connection with the extension of a USD 600 million credit facility granted to Glencore Energy UK Ltd. Glencore International AG was required to provide, respectively extend existing, security for the loan granted to its subsidiary under the credit facility. In this context, Pestalozzi advised on Swiss law aspects and issued a legal opinion to the lenders, represented by Société Générale.
